10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.
11.We will NOT Allow Forced Vaccinations of Citizens that wish not to be Vaccinated. For any Agency to issue the order to do so will be seen as an Act of WAR Against the American People.
Doing so would be " IN VIOLATION OF ARTICLE TWO "THE RIGHT TO BE SECURE IN THEIR PERSON"
